With two friends on an extremely low budget version of the “grand tour,” in search of the origins of Venetian painting, a Jonas Mekas exhibition is surprisingly discovered at the Burger King across the canal from the train station. “The last painting, the last poem, the last PowerPoint presentation” is part of an ongoing project between human frailty and joy, exploring the “ends” of time and action as they are recorded and passed on in various media.
